Wednesday -  1328 calories

weights at home (gym closed)
Tuesday
15 minutes on stationary bike w/ 3 minute cool down - 6.28 miles
Wednesday
10 minutes on treadmill @3.3 mph  - .6 miles             
50 minutes on weight circuit
Thursday
15 minutes on stationary w/ 3 minute cool down - 6.47 miles
Friday
15 minutes on Octane bike w/ 3minute cool down - (3 miles in 13:55)            
50 minutes on weight circuit
10 squats
10 sit-ups w/medicine ball
3 minutes on Elliptical

housework & laundry
Sunday
lazy day

Short week because of the Monday holiday, but still made the gym everyday.  Progressing at the gym, but weight loss is at a minimum :-(  I will keep moving forward tho - I am told "the weight will come off"!
