30 minutes on recumbent bike w/ 3 minute cool down - 5.28 miles

20 minutes on treadmill @3.3 mph w/ 5minute cool down - 1.26 miles             
20 minutes with kettle bells
Thursday
20 minutes on recumbent bike w/ 3 minute cool down - 4 miles
Friday
10 minutes on stationary bike w/ 3minute cool down - 4.99 miles             
50 minutes on weight circuit

Hiking with grandson & husband @ Cumming Nature Center - 1.5 miles

Had a great week!  I got to see grandson twice and enjoyed the long weekend (Sun & Mon) with the hubby!  Looking forward to another good week.  Down 2.2 pounds, but clothes are fitting looser!
