Day 50A


Exercise:
Monday
Sick - no gym :-(
Tuesday
Sick - no gym :-(
Wednesday
40 minute walk on treadmill
Thursday
26 minute ride on recumbent  bike
Friday
30 minute ride on Octane bike
20 minutes on weight training


Saturday
housework & laundry
Sunday
housework & getting things together for California!

Food intake IS important, BUT I have not kept a close eye on it this week.  I was not well for the first few days this week and my appetite is NOT back to normal yet.  I am tried to take in enough to keep me going & took it easy on exercise this week.

Thursday I leave for California!  Will be hitting the gym everyday until I leave & the hotel I booked has a fitness room, so I will not miss while I am away......
