Food intake IS important, BUT I have not kept a close eye on it this week.  I was not well for the first few days this week and my appetite is NOT back to normal yet.  I am tried to take in enough to keep me going & took it easy on exercise this week.

Thursday I leave for California!  Will be hitting the gym everyday until I leave & the hotel I booked has a fitness room, so I will not miss while I am away......

Short week because of the Monday holiday, but still made the gym everyday.  Progressing at the gym, but weight loss is at a minimum :-(  I will keep moving forward tho - I am told "the weight will come off"!

Hiking with grandson & husband @ Cumming Nature Center - 1.5 miles

Had a great week!  I got to see grandson twice and enjoyed the long weekend (Sun & Mon) with the hubby!  Looking forward to another good week.  Down 2.2 pounds, but clothes are fitting looser!
