Day 1 (again)

     So I fell off the "wagon" and I have now restarted!  I also began my membership at a local gym, Rtowne Fitness in Lakeville, NY.  Gained some weight back so I am starting at 255.6 pounds! (UGH)
     At the gym, Fred, the trainer, started me off at 10 minutes (2.0 - no incline) on the treadmill.  Then we did a weight circuit (arms, legs, back, chest, abs) and I did about 10 reps on each machine.  He wants me to start slow!
     I will be keeping a food journal, but not posting it here.  I know what my calorie intake should be and I will follow this as closely as I can without going over.  I have found some great recipes to try out in the Biggest Loser Cook Books!
