Day 2A


Calories in 1500
Carbs 85

12 minutes on treadmill with a 3 minute cool down
20 minutes on weight circuit
20 minutes with medicine ball & hand weights
5 minutes on recumbent bike

     He lied!  I did weights again today, but that is OK!  Weights were a little easier today, but shoulder still hurting so lighter weights.  Worked up a little sweat today :-)
     Tried a couple recipes from the Biggest Loser cookbooks today - will post pics and recipes tomorrow on the Food page!
     Off to bed, been a long day and I am tired!  Good night!
