Food - 2486 calories/174 carbs (less 36 dietary fiber) = 138 NET carbs
B - McDonald's Big Breakfast
MS - Special K bar
L - Turkey wrap with provolone
AS - Right Bites Cheezits
D - KFC - chicken, mac n cheese & mashed potatoes
ES - nothing
Exercise - 678 calories burned
Regular activity


Left at 8am for South Carolina - only option was fast food (sniff).  Hope the scale will be good to me come Monday morning!  Sat in a car all day! (<sniff> not much exercise).
