MS - nothing - I slept
L - 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1 oz carrots and My chicken salad wrap
AS - 100 calorie pack pretzels
D - Pizza & Chicken Tender meal
ES - Popsicle, sugar-free
Exercise - 921 calories burned
