B - wheat chex with milk
MS - 100 calorie pack pretzels
L - 1/4 c cottage cheese, 1 oz carrots and My chicken salad wrap
AS - 100 calorie pack pretzels
D - Spaghetti with sausage, 1 garlic toast & a small salad
ES - 4 oz french vanilla ice cream
Exercise - 921 calories burned
