Starting Weight:  265.8 pounds


Food - 1504 calories/116 carbs
B - no breakfast today - bad girl!
MS - no morning snack
L - 1/2 c cottage cheese, 2oz cheddar & 2 oz carrots
AS - 100 calorie pack pretzels
D - 6 oz pork chops, 6 small salt potatoes & salad
ES - 4 oz french vanilla ice cream
Exercise - 809 calories burned
nothing extra - migraine today :-(
