MS - 100 calorie pack pretzels, 1 oz cheddar
L - 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1 oz carrots and My tuna salad wrap
AS - Popsicle
D - 2 c Macaroni & cheese
ES - Popsicle
Exercise - 1285 calories burned
