Food - 1250 calories/107.5 carbs (less 19 dietary fiber) = 88.5 NET carbs
B - Special K Bar & strawberries
MS - Fiber One chocolate chip cookie
L - Tuna Wrap, cheddar, carrots & strawberries
AS - Sugar-Free Jell-O with Fat Free Cool Whip
D - 2 eggs, 2 toast & 2 Jennie-O sausage links
ES - Klondike Heath
Exercise - 1183 calories burned
Regular activity
light exercise
Cleaned car for vacation (vacuum, shampoo, etc)

Today marks the longest I have STAYED on track with any kind of "diet"!  Getting ready for some traveling next week (DREADING having to eat OUT) to see son graduate from Marine Boot Camp!  Found out today that where we are staying has a GYM and a POOL!
