L - Peanut Butter Sandwich, cottage cheese & celery

D - Two 4 oz cheeseburgers - 2 slices 5 carb bread & Pringles

Tomorrow is weigh-in day!  Hope to see a smaller number this week!  Need the satisfaction of a loss!  I burned about 6543 calories this week so will see what that number translates to tomorrow!
