I love being able to have a TREAT when I eat right and plan out my day! Not getting as winded doing the housework, which is a big plus, it means I can do it all at once instead of having to take breaks in between rooms!
The BIGGEST reward today was getting to see my grandson, Julian! I missed seeing him so much and I hate that I don't get as much time with him as I used to.
Tomorrow is another day!
