Day 17


Food - 920 calories/80 carbs (less 17 dietary fiber) = 63 NET carbs
B - 2 eggs & 2 toast
MS - nothing
L - Cottage cheese & Strawberries
AS - Fudge Stripe Cookies - 100 calorie pack
D - Peanut Butter sandwich & Pringles (100 cal pak)
ES - Strawberries & 1 oz cheddar
Exercise - 809 calories burned
Regular activity


Did not feel up-to-par today - a little tired, as you can see by no exercise today :-(  Hopefully tomorrow I will feel better!  My intake also reflected how I was feeling today, as it was quite low.  Tomorrow is going to be better!


I also figured out today that the WebMD site does not subtract the dietary fiber from your carbs - so I will be doing that myself.  I am trying to stay below 130 per day.  I LOVE that I found a bread that I can have without feeling guilty!  Pepperidge Farms Carb Style 7 grain - only 5 NET carbs per slice! <3  Now I can have my PB sandwiches!
