Food - 1224 calories/128 carbs
B - Wheat Chex w/milk
MS - Pretzels
L - PB&J & 100 calorie Pringle's pack
AS - Strawberries & 1 oz cheddar
D - Lemon Pepper Chicken & small salad
ES - Schwan pop
Exercise - 1269 calories burned
Regular activity
Housework

Grocery Shopping


Today was an okay day - a little more carbs than I expected, but - I did find a few more "snacks" to try with less carbs & less sodium than the 100 calorie pack pretzels.  I do like the fact that I burned more calories than I took in!
