L -Cottage cheese & mixed fruit cup
AS - Pretzels
D - 2 Turkey BLT wraps, cottage cheese & pears
ES - Klondike - mint
Exercise - 1246 calories burned
Regular Activity

Not much for exercise today - shoulder is killing me again, think I overdid over the weekend with the yardwork!  Going to let it rest for a couple days!
