B - Cheerios & mixed fruit cup
MS - nothing
L - Ham wrap, cottage cheese, mixed fruit cup
AS - Klondike - mint
D - Cheeseburgers
ES - Popcorn
Exercise - 1300 calories burned
Regular Activity
Housework
Mowed lawn

Long day!  Woke up late so got a late start for work, which meant I got home late & to bed late - woke up late again... you get the idea!!!  Weigh-in tomorrow!
