Day 42 - Weigh-in Day



Weight: 251.8 pounds - lost 2.4 pounds

Food - 1440 calories/114 carbs (less 21 dietary fiber) = 93 NET carbs
B - Diced pears & Cheez-its
MS - Fudge Grahams
L - Breakfast wrap, cottage cheese & strawberries
AS - Klondike - Slim-abear
D - Healthy Choice Rosemary Chicken dinner
ES - nothing
Exercise - 987 calories burned

Housework



Phew!  Lost what I gained last week plus an additional pound!  Back to the grind this week!  Son has left for Combat Training, mom is sad that he is gone :-(  Very proud of him!  5 weeks til I hope to see him again (before he leaves for schooling).  Hope I am under 240 by then!
