Day 35 - Weigh-In Day


Weight: 254.2 pounds - gained 1.4 pounds

Food - 1440 calories/99 carbs (less 16 dietary fiber) = 83 NET carbs
B - Breakfast Wrap w/ cheddar
MS - Fudge Stripe Cookies
L - Lemon Pepper Chicken, cottage cheese & carrots
AS - Klondike - Heath
D - Italian sausage, cottage cheese & carrots
ES - Cheez-its
Exercise - 1252 calories burned

Well I did gain, but not as much as I thought I would after eating every meal out for almost 4 days!  Have to pick up the exercise part of this starting NOW!  Need to lose what I gained this week and try very hard to get UNDER the 250 pound mark!  Wish me luck!
