Day 5A

20 minutes on treadmill with a 5 minute cool down
10 minutes on recumbent bike with a 3 minute cool down

Only cardio today!  Workouts will be all mine until I get back in town on Wednesday!  Fred gave me some exercises I can do at the hotel!  I will be weighing in on Sunday (a day early) this week as I will NOT be here on Monday, I will be in NC!

Hope to be able to log-in to blog while I am away, but IF not, I will catch up when I return home!  Can't wait to see Andrew!
