Day 18A

3 minute "step" test
14 minutes on recumbent bike with 2 minute cool down

Took all the "measurements" today - will do them again in a month to see how I am doing!  The "step" test killed the front of my legs!  Hopefully when I have to do it in another month - I will be in better shape!
