Day 12A

20 minutes on treadmill with a 5 minute cool down - 1 mile!
10 minutes on ab machine (2 x 20 reps)

Still not feeling up-to-par!  Hopefully, resting this weekend will help me get back to feeling like I am on top of things!  Off to bed!  Good Night!
